By accessing and using Meditate4AM platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our meditation platform, including all services, content, and features provided.

To access our meditation services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Our meditation services are provided on a subscription basis:

• Monthly Subscription: ₹450 per month
• Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking
• Billing Cycle: Automatic recurring monthly billing
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period
• No partial refunds will be provided for unused time
• To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email
• Cancelled accounts cannot be reactivated; you must create a new subscription

Our live meditation sessions are subject to the following terms:

• Schedule: Daily sessions at 4:00 AM via Zoom
• Duration: Approximately 90 minutes per session
• Attendance: No guarantee of make-up sessions for missed classes
• Behavior: Respectful and peaceful conduct is required
• Recording: Sessions may be recorded for quality purposes
• Technical Issues: We are not responsible for connectivity problems on your end

Users must not:

• Disrupt meditation sessions or other participants
• Share account credentials with others
• Record or distribute session content without permission
• Use the platform for any illegal or harmful activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Spam or harass other users or staff

All content provided through our platform is protected:

• Meditation techniques and guidance remain our intellectual property
• Users may not reproduce or distribute our content
• Our logo, branding, and platform design are trademarked
• User-generated content must not infringe on others' rights

Meditate4AM shall not be liable for:

• Any physical or mental health issues arising from meditation practice
• Technical failures or internet connectivity problems
• Loss of data or content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription period.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent payment or chargeback disputes
• Disruptive behavior during sessions
• Abuse of our platform or staff
• Any illegal activities

Terminated accounts forfeit all remaining subscription time without refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of India:

• All disputes will be resolved in Indian courts
• Indian consumer protection laws apply
• If any provision is invalid, the rest remains enforceable
• These terms constitute the entire agreement

We may update these terms:

• Users will be notified of significant changes
• Continued use implies acceptance of new terms
• Changes take effect immediately upon posting
